"Microsoft has given yet another reprieve to its seasoned Windows XP operating system. The cut off date for PC makers to obtain licenses for the software was 31 January 2009. But now Microsoft has put in place a scheme that will allow the hardware firms to get hold of XP licences until 30 May 2009. Previously Microsoft extended XP’s life until 2010 - provided it was installed on netbooks and low-cost laptops.

Windows XP was originally due to disappear off shop shelves on 30 January 2008. It was to be removed so as to make way for Windows Vista which went on sale to consumers early in 2007. Despite Microsoft’s claims that Vista has sold well, consumers have reacted badly to its release.Microsoft granted the reprieve largely because of customer’s preference for XP.

Many PC makers also got around the restrictions by exploiting a clause in Microsoft’s licensing terms that allowed them to offer a "downgrade" licence. Issued with a new PC running Vista it allowed customers to replace it with XP. The latest reprieve affects PC makers and resellers who were working to a 31 January 2009 deadline to order licences for XP.

Many feared they would have to stockpile licences before the cut-off and hope they could sell them in the coming months. Now, Microsoft has changed the terms allowing the resellers to order before 31 January but take delivery at any time up to 30 May. The change in policy is another indication of the general resistance to Windows Vista. Early versions of Windows 7, the replacement for Vista, are due to appear in late 2009."

But somehow I realized that is what life is all about, how could I be a better person if I am busy hiding from my self, afraid of what will come. As a moslem that is not good things to do.

after that save it using fakevirus.exe as the name.

If this fake virus detected or perhaps deleted immedeatly than it means that the antivirus is working and updated, as for my self it worked properly.

But somehow there is a way to get it back, here it is :

click START menu > run then typed "gpedit.msc" to open the group policy editor. After you got the editor window opened, go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administratif Template > Network > QOS Packet Scheduler > Limit Reservable Bandwidth

After you do that this is what you will find 

So the trick is to Enable Reservable Bandwidth based on explain tab.

Double-clicked on Limit Reservable Bandwidth, it will say it is not configured yet, choose on enable button and set it to ZERO.

This will allow the system to reserve nothing from your bandwidth, than previous 20% on default.

These couple of weeks, we have been displayed with an interesting news related to  "Badan Hukum Pendidikan " rules, quite astonishing to find out that our government dare enough to do such a horrible decision for  Indonesia education, despite what they called  for the sake of Indonesian education.

Like other bad decisions, this one won’t be as simple as taking a candy from a child. Almost every College Student Council across the country denied to accept this rules. To think that 1/3  operational cost for education will be on undergraduate college student concerns instead of their Institution of Education, make them feel they have been threated unfairly.

By this, the education it self has become a commercial thing and of course it will be unfair for most of Indonesian people, and soon enough we will see that education is only for wealthy people.

Before we start, I want to ask you one simple question, have you ever heard about RapidShare ?. I supposed I don’t have to find out the answer, according to me we all know RapidShare, and how it help us to find our needs.

Being one of the pioneers in the file sharing/storage business almost everybody in the cyberworld uses RapidShare and you can find almost everything there. But somehow it is has it own annoying fact, they always trying to get to you spend your money on them by sign up to their premium account or else you will be put up with limited, slower uploads and downloads and of course least but not less the time restraints.

But what can we do about it, they still considered as the best file storage/sharing in the business, so we just have to grit our teeth and accept it as it is. Or perhaps there is something we could do about it

How was I supposed to forget this one, if this is what I am. This old style mosque has been there since the day I was born, the time I spend my childhood and even now when I almost completely forget about it.

This place has been faithfully stands in each day I went home and when I left. This is the place that will be the first one which extend a warm welcome for me and will be the last things that I will have to say farewell to. I never realized before how much this mosque means alot to me as a person. Looks like this mosque has become some sort of key to my memories storage, this image brings up all of memories kind a like opening a pandora box of my life.

Here is how you get it done ;

• open registry editor, START-RUN-type REGEDIT
• go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager
• in the right-side panel, create/modify DWORD value Tabbed IM and set its value to 1
• close the registry editor and sign in to your yahoo messenger account

note: I have only tested this trick using my Yahoo Messenger 8.1, so honestly I can’t confirm whether it work for other versions or not. And may I reminds you that, there is only five tabs on a single chat windows.

at the other hand, this is how it looks for css file

 we can see how it goes by opening index.html file using browser such as mozilla firefox or internet explorer. Also there is few notes that we need to pay attention;

• at the head section we need to create link from html to style.css to describe presentation of html
• make sure all images are in the images folder
• every div border is set : only for guide lines and it’s just temporary
• margin-right and margin-left set to be auto for central layout positions
• background: url (’image/header.jpg’) no-repeat is for applying heade images from images folder and make sure there is no repetition of the image

Assuming from the image before we could understand that html is markup languages for web-pages which describe the structure of text-based information in a document and css used to describe presentation of a document that written in markup language. without further ado we shall continue to the scripting language

 there are few additional that we put on the header section, we named the web-page and give the description of the web, and arranged style css for the presentation

 done with the header, we shall begin the body section, at this section we will find content and sidebar menu. but first lets take a look at main body

 as we know before, that in this main body section we will find content and sidebar menu. For the content it self it’s an optional, we can put as many content that we want on the page, but for now, one could give good example

 not to different with the content, in the sidebar menu we could also create as many menu that we want, depends on what we need, but here we just use few options

 from the style.css we could find out that we need to set every list from index.html for demanding good presentation of the sidebar list

 Now that we already complete every sections from the design, we may remove all of the temporary guide lines by replacing border: 1px solid; with border: 0px solid; , or we might cut them all. see how it goes

We will need few tools to help us to do our job, in this case I am using Photoshop CS3 and  Notepad++ as text editor.

As for now, lets try to design a simple layout web using Photoshop…

• Create a new Photoshop document, width: 1000px and height: 1200px, then fill the background with #858264 color
• Put some additional  guides approximately 770px (don’t forget the outer lines for the shadow). View > Rulers (Ctrl + R). Click anywhere on the ruler and drag it down or to the left and release. There’s also a toggle to show/hide the guide. View > Show > Guides

• Guide resembles the header, body, and footer.

• Create a new layer, create a rectangle selection (Rectangular Marquee Tool), the size as show below and fill it with this color #fafbe9.

• Apply Outer Glow style to the layer we just create. This will give a small shadow effect to the overall body. Right click on the layer, select “Blending Options”, and then select “Outer Glow”.

• Prepare a header image and just paste it into a new layer. Adjust the header image size to the guides we create earlier.

• Create a new layer, create a rectangle selection (Rectangular Marquee Tool), and apply this color #c8bc93 to make a sidebar section.

• And here’s the result.

• The next step is to save it to smaller parts which are header, main_body, and footer. Because there’re only few parts, so we’re going to use manual method. I’d recommend using slicing tool otherwise.

• Create a rectangle selection (Rectangular Marquee Tool), select the header region. Edit > Copy Merged (Shift + Crtl + C). Create new document (Ctrl + N) and paste. Save the image as header.jpg.

• Do the same like before for body region and save the image as body.jpg.

• Do the same like before for footer region and save the image as footer.jpg.

• As we can see here, all three images have the same width size. Now put the images in a folder we can name it “images”.

Next –> after finishing the design images, we could start with the scripting languages..
