• there : ” it’s pdf file..can I change it to words ( doc file)”

there is an easy way for you to lock up your pc before you stepping away from it, and you can do it without using logging off procedures, the only thing you have to do is, press the windows key and L at the same time. just as simple as that and your pc will be automatically lock. use your windows password to unlock.
